Terms & Conditions – Falmouth Food Festival
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, vendors, and participants attending Falmouth Food Festival, taking place from May 23rd to 26th, 2025, at Church Street Car Park, The Waterfront, Falmouth TR11 3JT.
By attending, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.
2. Entry & Admission

The festival is free to attend and open from 10 AM to 10 PM, Monday 10AM - 6PM

Attendees must follow festival staff and security instructions at all times.

The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Food & Drink

Outside food and drink are not permitted, except for baby food or specific dietary requirements.

Alcohol will only be served to those 18+ with valid ID (Challenge 25 applies).

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate allergen information—attendees with dietary concerns should check directly with traders.
4. Traders & Exhibitors

All food and retail traders must have:

Public liability insurance (£5 million minimum coverage)

Valid food hygiene certificates and any relevant licenses

Risk assessments and compliance with local health & safety regulations

Pitch fees must be paid in full before the event. No refunds will be issued unless the festival is canceled.

Vendors must arrive on time, follow set-up and breakdown instructions, and leave their space clean.
5. Liability & Safety

The festival is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Attendees participate at their own risk and must take reasonable precautions for personal and public safety.

First aid will be available on-site. Any incidents or injuries must be reported immediately to festival staff.

Prohibited items will not be allowed on site, this includes drugs, weapons, dangerous items and flammables.
6. Event Changes & Cancellations

The festival reserves the right to change the lineup, schedule, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the festival is canceled due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or force majeure, no liability is accepted, though efforts will be made to reschedule.
7. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to photography and filming for festival marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of staff.
