1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, traders and participants attending Falmouth Food Festival 2026, taking place from 22–25 May 2026 across Church Street and the surrounding waterfront, Falmouth.
By attending the festival, you agree to comply with these terms to help ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for all.
2. Entry & Admission
Falmouth Food Festival is free to attend.
Opening hours are:

Thursday – Sunday: 10:00am – Late
All attendees must follow the instructions of festival staff and security at all times.
The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in unsafe, illegal or disruptive behaviour.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Food & Drink
Outside food and drink are not permitted, except in the case of baby food or specific dietary requirements.
Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 and over with valid identification (Challenge 25 applies).
All traders are responsible for providing accurate allergen information. Visitors with dietary requirements should check directly with traders before purchasing.
4. Traders & Exhibitors
All traders and exhibitors must:

Hold valid public liability insurance (£5 million minimum cover)

Provide appropriate food hygiene certification and any required licences

Complete risk assessments and comply with all health and safety regulations
Pitch fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Fees are non-refundable unless the festival is cancelled.
All traders must adhere to arrival, set-up and breakdown times, and leave their pitch area clean and clear.
5. Safety & Liability
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. The festival accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage.
All visitors attend at their own risk and are expected to act responsibly and with consideration for others.
First aid services will be available on site. Any incidents should be reported to festival staff immediately.
The following items are strictly prohibited:

Flammable materials
Anyone found in possession of prohibited items may be removed from the festival.
6. Event Changes & Cancellations
The festival reserves the right to make changes to the programme, timings or layout where necessary.
In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our control, no liability is accepted. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule where possible.
7. Photography & Media
By attending Falmouth Food Festival, you consent to photography and filming for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, please inform a member of the festival team on arrival.

Discriminatory, aggressive or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
